Sustainability
At Thirtyfour, we consider sustainability extremely important. This can be divided into two types. On one hand, we look at our ecological footprint, focusing on resource depletion and emissions. On the other hand, we also emphasize social sustainability. After all, our clothing is made by people, and we ensure they work under the right conditions.
To implement both types of sustainability, Thirtyfour has received various certifications and evaluations through its parent company, Tailor & Stitch B.V. For instance, Thirtyfour has achieved ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, along with a silver EcoVadis rating. Additionally, Thirtyfour is recognized as a FairWear Leader!
ISO9001 & ISO14001
We are proud to announce that Thirtyfour® is certified for both ISO9001 and ISO14001 through its parent company, Tailor & Stitch.
Thirtyfour® produces sustainable clothing with consideration for people and the planet. Continuous innovation and improvement are also key priorities for us. Over recent years, Thirtyfour® has grown significantly, both as a brand and in terms of its customer base. To sustain this growth without compromising on quality and sustainability, Tailor & Stitch decided to obtain ISO9001 (quality management) and ISO14001 (environmental management) certifications.

These standards provide Tailor & Stitch, and therefore Thirtyfour®, with a solid foundation to monitor processes more effectively, leading to an enhanced focus on quality, sustainability, and reliable delivery.
EcoVadis - Gold
EcoVadis is a leading platform that helps companies gain insight into their sustainability performance. The system evaluates companies across four key areas that are crucial to corporate social responsibility: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These areas form the foundation of the assessment, enabling EcoVadis to help companies identify their strengths and implement targeted improvements.
Within each of these areas, EcoVadis assesses not only how policies are defined, but also which concrete measures are taken and what their actual impact is. This thorough process results in a final score ranging from 0 to 100, based on which companies are awarded no medal, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. In our first assessment, we immediately achieved a Silver medal, placing us in the top 15% worldwide. In our most recent assessment, we achieved a Gold medal, which currently places us in the top 5% worldwide.

With this Gold rating, our customers can be confident that they are working with a partner who not only takes sustainability seriously, but also actively and effectively puts it into practice. This not only contributes to a better world, but also helps you achieve your own sustainability objectives.
Together, we are working towards a responsible future.

- Active and long-term cooperation with factories to implement and embed Fair Wear’s improvements and guidelines.
- Monitoring of factories and reporting on progress and challenges in compliance with Fair Wear standards.
- Providing training and support to factories and workers to raise awareness and capacity to meet the standards.
- Developing and implementing concrete improvement plans for factories that do not meet the standards.
Brand Performance Check Over the past year, we have worked hard to professionalize our efforts in this area and embed them into our management systems. Every year, Member Brands are evaluated based on their commitment to and integration of these principles into daily operations through a Brand Performance Check.
This year, our efforts were rewarded with a benchmarking score of 85, giving us Fair Wear Leader status!

This category is for Member Brands that perform exceptionally well and operate at a high level. Leaders demonstrate best practices in complex areas such as living wages and freedom of association.
